On 4th of December 2016, in National sports academy "Vassil Levski" in Sofia, Bulgaria was held kids sport event "Move, have fun!", organized by "Bulgarian sports development association". The dissemination event was organized to celebrate 5th of December - International volunteer day with volunteering activity. In the event took part around 200 kids and was organized with the support of 50 volunteers. Kids had the opportunity to try track and field athletics with the program of IAAF - Kids athletics, kids gold program and mini - tennis. All participants received certificate and awards from the sponsors of the event - "Refan"and "Powermark".
This event has promoted the activities of “European everyday of sport” project - 572647-EPP-1-2016-BG-SPO-SCP is with total budget 96 321 euro and is implemented by international consortium of 7 countries – Bulgaria - Bulgarian sports development association, Italy - Mine Vaganti NGO, Croatia - Riječki Sportski Savez, Hungary - Reményt a Gyermekeknek Közhasznú Egyesület / Hope for Children Hungary, Lithuania - Vilniaus kolegija / University of Applied Sciences, Poland - Stowarzyszenie Instytut Nowych Technologii / Association Institute of Innovative Technologies, Slovakia - A.D.E.L. – Association for Development, Education and Labour.
Bulgarian partners of this event are The Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Bulgarian National Television as its main media partner.
